Check in begins at 10am, any late arrivals will not be accepted into the ceremony. Please refer to our FAQs for further information.

ATTENDING GRADUATION
1. Eligibility
Graduation ceremonies are open to all students who are eligible to graduate.
You are eligible if:
- All academic requirements have been met, and you have no outstanding fees;
- You have completed your studies by the end of Semester 2 2025.
Contact your Student Management Centre if you are unsure of your eligibility.
2. Check your details are correct and up-to-date
Log in to eStudent to check your details are correct. We will use the name in eStudent for printed certificates/testamurs, and your mailing address will be used to deliver your certificate.
3. We will send our reminders to eligible students
You will receive communication, including updates in the lead to the graduation ceremony via SMS.
4. Attending your ceremony
You need to book tickets to participate in your ceremony. Please note, students who do not book tickets are unable to attend.
Tickets can be purchased through the registration portal from Wednesday 28 January 2026. You must register by 5pm on Wednesday 25 February 2026 to attend the graduation ceremony.
5. How do I access my Graduation Documents online?
Access the Graduation Documents, including the following digital documents:
- Vocational Education and Training Testamur
- Higher Education Testamur
- Statement of Attainment
- Statement of Results
